expertise in the foreign economic activity and customs clearance
strong background in rate making for the ordinary and specific shipping operations

Responsibilities
|
|
- analyze original and customs values according to clients concerns
- agree upon original value and terms of the contract in the Customs
- analyze and amend foreign trade contracts in accordance with the Customs requirements
- draw up foreign trade contracts from the ground up
- agree upon and supervise the package of documents for customs value determining
draw up invoices, packings, specifications, addenda, and letters for customs clearance
- select codes of Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System
- calculate customs charges
- estimate the necessity of certification and other approvals

higher education
English (intermediate)

strong background in direct procurements
