Incoterms 2010 - are international rules recognized by governments, companies and traders from all over the world. They are used for interpreting the most common terms of international trade.
The scope of Incoterms 2010 is extended to the parties' rights and liabilities when entering into the sale and purchase agreement with regard to delivery of the goods (terms of delivery).
Every term of Incoterms 2010 is a three-letter abbreviation.
